Everything about plans, upgrades, your trial, and cancellation.
VentureHelm offers three plans: Lite (reviews + booking), Starter (+ invoicing, CRM, jobs), and Growth (+ AI responses, advanced analytics, priority support). You can see your current plan in Settings → Billing.
Go to Settings → Billing → Upgrade. Select your new plan and confirm. Your billing is prorated — you only pay for the remaining days in your billing period. The upgrade takes effect immediately.
Your 14-day trial gives full access to all features. After the trial, you'll need to select a plan to continue. Your data is never deleted — if you don't subscribe, your account is paused for 30 days before data removal.
Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We'll send a confirmation email when cancellation is processed.
