Learn how to send review requests, use AI responses, and connect your Google Business Profile.
Go to Reviews → New Request. Enter your customer's phone number or email. Choose SMS or email delivery. Personalise the message or use the default template. The customer receives a direct link to leave a Google review.
Available on Business Suite+ plans. Go to Reviews → Inbox. Click 'Draft Response' next to any review. The AI generates a professional, personalised response. Review and edit it, then click Post to publish directly to Google.
Go to Settings → Integrations → Google Business. Click Connect and sign in with the Google account that manages your Business Profile. Once connected, reviews appear in your dashboard automatically.
Go to Settings → Templates. You can customise the default SMS and email templates. Use {customer_name} and {business_name} as placeholders. Keep messages short and personal — they perform best.
